Frequent communication is important for buyers & sellers to be informed and reduce uncertainty. We will set clear expectations and you will be updated on each step of the process. I am available 7 days a week to discuss any questions, concerns, or ideas. WHAT MOTIVATES ME

Because it's not just a job for me...it's my passion. To see people happy and satisfied is what drives me. Whether a first-time home buyer, a growing family ready to size up, empty nesters downsizing, or an investor looking for rental property, I’m experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry and ready to help.

For sellers: I have an MBA in marketing from a top business school (UCLA) and apply my proven marketing plans to achieve maximum exposure to buyers and other agents. Professional photography, property website, brochures, and social media get your house seen and sold quickly.

For buyers: Not only do I constantly search for homes that meet your needs, I actively look for homes "not on the market" that meet your needs. I negotiate price and sale terms to your benefit in a timeframe that suits your needs. I regularly preview houses to save you time and effort with your home search.

I live in Doylestown (the center of Central Bucks County) with my wife Lynda, twin daughters Ariele & Isabele, and our rescue dogs, Marley & Conner. In my spare time, I am an avid tennis player, enjoy bike riding, the beach, travel, and spending time with my family.
